Regional Sales Manager – Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business enquiries by visiting industrial sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Cement, Power Plants, Petrochemicals, and Metal Industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers across the assigned region.
• Identify customer requirements through site visits, technical discussions, and equipment measurements.
• Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial offers, tenders, and quotations.
• Negotiate technical and commercial terms with customers and finalize orders.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Design, Production Planning, Purchase, Quality Control, Stores, and Commercial departments to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
• Attend project review meetings with customers and consultants to discuss project progress and obtain document approvals.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate with internal departments, and resolve execution-related issues.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely payment collection.
• Handle customer complaints, understand technical issues, and coordinate with the relevant departments to provide suitable solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and identify new business opportunities to achieve regional sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
