Encoders is looking for a results-driven RSP PPC Marketer with hands-on experience in paid advertising and lead generation.
Position: RSP PPC Marketer
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi (On-site)
Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–2 Years Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and keyword research.
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
- Understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
