What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Support the definition, challenge, and optimization of turnaround and project scopes related to rotating equipment
• Collaborate with Reliability Engineers, Process Safety Engineers, Maintenance Specialists, and Operations personnel to develop detailed maintenance work scopes
• Prepare technical work packages, job plans, bills of materials, and execution methodologies for rotating equipment maintenance activities
• Define technical requirements and specifications for materials, spare parts, repair services, and specialized contractors
• Coordinate and integrate all supporting turnaround activities including scaffolding, insulation removal and reinstatement, lifting operations, temporary facilities, logistics, and work permit management to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Create and manage purchase requisitions and support procurement through technical bid evaluations and vendor clarifications

What Makes You Great

• Strong technical knowledge of static and rotating equipment combined with experience in turnaround planning and execution processes
• Proven ability to supervise contractors and manage field execution activities effectively
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities to minimize operational risks and schedule impacts
• Good leadership skills to guide teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Proficiency in computer tools such as SAP Plant Maintenance and Microsoft Project to support maintenance and turnaround activities
• At least five years of experience in maintenance, reliability, turnaround, shutdown, or project management roles within industrial sectors, with good English language skills and Dutch considered a plus projects
