Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RT Operator to operate and handle RT (Reach Truck) equipment for warehouse operations, ensuring safe material handling, efficient storage, and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the Reach Truck (RT) safely for material handling and warehouse operations.
• Load, unload, lift, and shift pallets and materials within the warehouse.
• Place and retrieve goods from high-level warehouse racks.
• Follow proper stacking procedures and ensure optimal space utilization.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and report any equipment faults or maintenance requirements.
• Follow all warehouse safety rules, SOPs, and equipment operating guidelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Maintain proper handling of goods to prevent damage and ensure accurate placement.
• Keep the equipment clean and maintain basic operational records, wherever required.
• Follow instructions from the reporting supervisor and maintain discipline at the workplace.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10th pass preferred.
• Prior experience operating a Reach Truck (RT) in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Valid equipment operating licence or certification, wherever applicable.
• Knowledge of warehouse racking systems, pallet handling, and material movement.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work in shifts and meet operational requirements.
• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary

As per experience and company norms.
