Job Description & Duties
- Food Preparation & Production: Prepare and pack ready-to-eat food products following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Display & Replenishment: Display food items properly on shelves or counters and replenish stocks as needed.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Practice First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation and monitor expiration dates.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation following health, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Coordination: Assist in receiving and storing food and packaging materials, and report operational concerns to the Supervisor.
