RTE Supervisor

Location: Panacan Davao City

JOB OBJECTIVES

• To provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out members, to assess their needs and provide assistance.
• To be able to drive sales through acquired product knowledge and provide information on product features.
• To monitor and manage product merchandising, storage and inventory and item ordering.
• To provide clean, organized and safe working and shopping environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objective and communicate them to his/her team members and Fresh Manager.
• Prepare Reports on Sales Performance, Throw Away Daily and Raw Materials Ordering Weekly.
• Monitor Stocks Organization and lead Daily Inventory.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety guidelines and company standard.
• Knowledgeable in RTE Processes, Procedures and Products.
• Actively Participate in all Company Trainings, Meetings and Development Programs.
• Report operational concerns that need immediate action to Fresh Manager, AWM, WM and RTE Specialist.
• Lead and Manage RTE Associates to achieve the highest product quality and supply availability levels and ensure that all Products is always available mostly in peak hours and according to Daily Production Plan.
• Implement Plans on Food Cost and Paper Cost program, initiatives and projects.
• Coach and Motivate RTE Associates to hone their Skills.
• Perform other task that may be assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background : College Graduate

Work Experience : At least one (1) year experience in related industry

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
