Responsibilities :
- Monitoring Real time operasional semua layanan yang ada di operasional call center dalam menangani traffic call
- Melakukan pengecekan attendance, adherence dan menemukan ketidaksesuaian setiap agent call center
- Menjalankan action plan/recovery plan saat terjadi peningkatan call
- Membaca & menginterpretasikan kondisi real time dari reporting tools per interval
- Membantu pencapaian target service level baik itu per interval maupun per daily
