RTM Warehouse Specialist

About the role

Entry-level role supporting RTM operations under Warehouse and Outbound Logistics. Responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of outbound activities, distribution coordination, and operational reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse outbound operations including order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Coordinate with distributors, transporters, and 3PL providers on delivery schedules and order fulfilment
• Monitor outbound KPIs including on-time dispatch, order accuracy, and truck utilization
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all outbound shipments
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations, ensuring stock levels align with system records
• Support cycle counts and stock reconciliation activities, coordinating with warehouse teams to identify and resolve variances
• Track inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure inventory data integrity in the system (WMS/ERP), maintaining up-to-date and accurate records for all stock movements and adjustments
• Assist in RTM operational planning and day-to-day execution across assigned distribution channels
• Track and report delivery performance, exceptions, and operational issues to the line manager

About you

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound and warehouse management, preferably in FMCG
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution/RTM processes
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills; able to work cross-functionally
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with WMS or ERP (e.g., SAP IM/WM) is required
• Basic English communication skills (reading and writing); fluency in Thai is required
