About us
Foresite Group is a growing Australian business operating across vocational education and training, labour hire and workforce services. Our training division operates multiple Registered Training Organisations delivering nationally recognised qualifications, government-funded and fee for service training and licensing programs across Australia.
About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the day-to-day management of RTO administration across our training businesses. You'll lead an experienced administration team while overseeing student administration, government funding, regulatory reporting, licensing programs and key systems. You'll also play an important role in improving how we work, including online enrolments, workflow automation and the implementation of a new Learning Management System.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the RTO administration team.
- Oversee enrolments, completions, certification and student records.
- Manage government-funded training contracts, eligibility, evidence and claims.
- Ensure accurate AVETMISS reporting and student management system data.
- Coordinate licensing administration, including VicRoads, High Risk Work and Austroads programs.
- Support internal, funding body and regulatory audits.
- Maintain effective administration systems, policies and procedures.
- Work closely with trainers, students, employers, government agencies and other stakeholders.
- Produce operational and compliance reporting for management.
- Lead improvements to online enrolment, LMS, SMS and administrative workflows.
About you
- Strong experience in RTO administration or RTO operations.
- Good knowledge of the Australian VET sector and RTO compliance requirements.
- Experience with government-funded training contracts and funding claims.
- Knowledge of AVETMISS and student management systems.
- Experience leading or supervising an administration team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written, verbal and stakeholder communication skills.
- Good systems capability, including Microsoft Excel.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of an important function within a growing and diversified Australian organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop an established team, work across multiple RTOs and improve systems and processes rather than simply maintain them.
Competitive remuneration will be offered based on experience.
Why join us?
If you’re an experienced RTO professional looking for a broader leadership role, we’d like to hear from you. Please apply with your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant RTO administration and leadership experience.
