Resident Technical Officer (RTO) position based in Singapore, responsible for assisting with residential building and maintenance works, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with contractors and site teams.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Assist with residential building and maintenance works
- Conduct site inspections and monitor ongoing works
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams
- Check work progress and ensure works meet required standards
- Assist with documentation, reports, and site records
- Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Relevant site experience is an advantage
- Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible and willing to work on-site
