Role Overview

We are looking for skilled Finance & Accounting professionals for the Record to Report (RTR) function. The ideal candidate will have experience in fixed asset accounting, depreciation, amortization, accruals, cash management, and finance process transformation. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end closing, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous improvement of finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset accounting, including asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, and reconciliation.
• Perform depreciation and amortization calculations and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Manage accruals, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Monitor cash management activities and support cash flow reporting and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable financial standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support finance process transformation initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and other finance teams to ensure smooth RTR operations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Record to Report (RTR) and General Ledger (GL) accounting.
• Hands-on experience in fixed asset accounting, depreciation, amortization, and accruals.
• Understanding of cash management, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of month-end closing processes and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Experience in process improvement or finance transformation is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 310 years in Finance & Accounting / RTR.
• Education: B.Com, BMS (Finance), MBA (Finance), or CA Inter.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 60 days.
• Shift: Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• Relocation: Relocation support/consideration applicable only for candidates from Pune.
• Cab Facility: Available.
