Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Record to Report (RTR/R2R) professional to manage and support core finance and accounting activities. The role will involve month-end close, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, fixed asset accounting and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR/R2R) activities.
• Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting and journal entries.
• Handle Fixed Asset Accounting, including asset creation, capitalization, disposal and depreciation.
• Manage Depreciation and Amortization accounting.
• Prepare and manage accruals, prepayments and other month-end accounting entries.
• Perform Balance Sheet and account reconciliations and resolve open items.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliation.
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Ensure accounting activities comply with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.
• Participate in process transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with internal and global stakeholders to resolve accounting/process-related queries.
• Support transition, migration and stabilization activities when required.

Work Location & Shift

• Work from Office – Airoli, Mumbai
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts

Immediate to 60 days
