What they need
Lead RTR operations covering journals, month-end close, bank & balance sheet reconciliations, reporting, IFRS/GAAP and revenue accounting. Review complex activities, manage exceptions, track SLA/KPIs, ensure compliance and drive process improvements.
Required Candidate profile
Qualified CA with 5–10 years of RTR experience in an MNC, BPO or captive. Strong in IFRS/GAAP, journals, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, SAP/Oracle, BlackLine and client communication.
