What they need
Role:
- Survey rubber producing-regions in Jakarta, North and South Sumatra.
- Regular interaction with rubber farmers and/or rubber dealers.
- Investigate and analyze changes in rubber production.
Experience:
- Prior experience in socialization with farmers/local villagers
- Prior experience interacting with local rubber dealers/brokers
- Prior working experience in rubber plantations or processing factories or rubber trading
Skills sets:
- Able to speak and write English well
- Able to build relationships with rubber farmers and rubber dealers/brokers
- Familiar with their respective rural economic ecosystem
- Able to travel and live in harsh rural conditions
- Comfortable in using Excel and data management Apps/tools
