Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rubber Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining rubber processing machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality rubber products. Your expertise in machine operation, materials handling, and quality inspection will be vital to maintaining efficient workflows and meeting production standards. Responsibilities

• Operate rubber milling machines and associated equipment, following safety protocols and operational procedures
• Set up and adjust machinery for different rubber formulations, ensuring precise control over process parameters
• Conduct dimensional measurements and quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications
• Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse handling tools, ensuring proper storage and inventory management
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and assist with machine calibration to maintain optimal performance
• Document production data, quality results, and maintenance activities accurately in logs and reports

Experience

• Proven experience in rubber manufacturing environments, injection molding, or extrusion processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to machine operation, materials handling, and warehouse procedures
• Experience with precision measurement techniques for quality control purposes
• Ability to operate hand tools, measurement instruments, and assembly equipment with accuracy
• Basic math skills necessary for setting up machines and interpreting measurements

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
