What You'll Be Doing

• Leading technical delivery across major product initiatives
• Designing and building scalable backend APIs using Ruby on Rails
• Developing modern frontend applications with React.js
• Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to solve real user problems
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full stack
• Contributing to ongoing product and platform improvements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong commercial experience with Ruby on Rails and React.js
• Comfortable working across the full stack in a product-focused environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to technical discussions
• Passion for building high-quality software and delivering value to users
