About the role
LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. is seeking a RUD Coordinator to join our production planning and scheduling team. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila.

Job Description
The Roll-Up Door (RUD) Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all RUD projects from Sales Order turnover through engineering, procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation, billing support, and after-sales service. The role ensures seamless coordination among Sales, Engineering, Production, Warehouse, Procurement, QC, Installation, and clients while maintaining accurate project documentation, monitoring schedules, resolving project issues, and escalating risks to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and tracking of raw materials to ensure adequate supply for production schedules
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of unfinished goods inventory, including work-in-progress materials and semi-finished products
• Identify, document, and track defective materials and products, working with quality assurance teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain detailed RUD reports and data analysis to support management decision-making and production planning
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely material movement and reduce production bottlenecks
• Conduct regular audits and physical counts of inventory to verify system records and identify discrepancies
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding material quality issues, delays, and inventory requirements
• Support the development and implementation of improvements to RUD processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturing regulations
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members on RUD procedures and best practices

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Engineering, IT, or Business-related course
• At least 1 year experience in data encoding, admin, or operations support.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheet System
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
• Must be available at all times and able to respond to calls even during night hours when needed
• Fresh graduates with strong skills and willingness to learn may be considered
