Ruminant Technical Specialist/Manager

• Clients’ engagement: provide technical support to sales teams and channel partners on product applications, feed formulation, and field troubleshooting.
• Train internal staff on ruminant nutrition and product knowledge to enhance technical competencies.
• Conduct technical seminars, webinars, and farm visits to support product promotion and customer education.
• Design and coordinate field trials or university collaborations to validate product efficacy and generate marketing data.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product positioning and innovation.
• Co-develops the species strategy in alignment with the local markets and global.
• Identifies opportunities to combine products, services and know-how into differentiated nutrition & health solutions.
• Develops differentiated solution concepts substantiated by technical data and convincing argumentation. OTHER Qualifications
• Ph.D. degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related field. Overseas Education is a Must.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ruminant nutrition, feed additives, or technical service.
• Solid understanding of dairy cow nutrition, rumen health, heat stress management, and productivity optimization, etc.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 30–50%).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Self-driven with a strong customer orientation and collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in large-scale dairy farms or feed companies.
• Hands-on experience in feed formulation.
• Background in multinational or cross-cultural environments.
• Familiarity with regional (China/Asia-Pacific) and global ruminant industry trends and regulations.
