What You'll Earn:*

• Starting: £14.21/hour (including tronc)
• After Probation (Trained): £14.71/hour (including tronc)
• Expert Rate: £15.21/hour (including tronc)

Position Overview:
We're looking for energetic Runners to keep our restaurants running smoothly. You'll be the link between the kitchen and the floor, making sure food reaches our guests quickly, hot, and looking great.

Responsibilities:

• Collect food from the kitchen and deliver it promptly to the correct tables
• Clear and reset tables between covers
• Support servers during busy service
• Keep service stations, glassware and the dining room clean and organised
• Restock service areas and assist with general set-up and close-down
• Follow food safety and health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality environment is an advantage, but not essential
• Reliable, punctual and a good team player
• Ability to stay calm and work at pace during busy services
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
