Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Service Area: South Florida – primarily Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach, with occasional travel south to Hollywood/Miami.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Runner (Field Operator) to support daily operations, coordinate with customers, and ensure smooth field activities.
This position requires frequent driving, on-site visits, and close coordination with both clients and internal teams to maintain operational efficiency and professionalism.

This is a field-based driving position. The employee will travel throughout South Florida depending on daily business and project needs. Most driving will be between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, with occasional trips to Hollywood, Miami, and surrounding areas.

Reliable transportation and willingness to drive throughout the assigned South Florida territory are required.

Compensation

• $4,000 per month
• Gas allowance provided

Key Responsibilities

• Support and streamline backend operations to improve daily efficiency
• Meet customers in person, providing excellent and professional service
• Handle administrative tasks such as emails, spreadsheets, and CRM updates
• Drive to multiple locations daily to fulfill operational needs
• Report daily activities and progress to management

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Proven experience in a similar field or operations role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (email, Excel, CRM software)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (gas allowance provided)
• Flexibility and readiness to adapt to dynamic daily tasks
