Runner (sales) - Ready Mix Concrete

Role Purpose

To support the ASM and sales team in driving market development, lead generation and customer mapping across Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new projects, IHB customers, contractors and builders.
• Generate and share qualified leads with ASMs for further conversion.
• Map and expand the architect & consultant network across the assigned markets.
• Identify high-potential projects with an opportunity.
• Track competitor activity, market opportunities and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily market visit and lead-generation reports.

Key Success Measures

• Lead generation across Hyderabad.
• Support the increase of IHB market share.
• Mapping of architects/consultants.
• Identification of project opportunities and conversion of field-generated leads into business.

CTC -2.5-4 LPA

Qualifications: B.com or any Graduate

Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, preferably within Ready Mix Concrete, cement, building materials, or construction chemicals.

Skills: Strong local geographical knowledge, active field-level negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Personal two-wheeler with a valid driver's license is mandatory.
