This position plays a key role in maintaining excellent guest service by assisting with beverage service, replenishing supplies, and supporting overall operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and other bar supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes, stocking glassware, and maintaining bar cleanliness.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guests promptly and accurately.Remove used glassware, dishes, and debris from bar and dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar stations, service areas, walk-ins, and storage rooms.
• Refill ice bins and ensure beverage stations are adequately supplied.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Monitor and replenish inventory levels and notify management of shortages.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.Support servers, bartenders, and management in providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and team member needs.
• Assist with special events, banquets, and high-volume service periods as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
