Runner/Busser

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Runner/Busser to support our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting the food service team. This role is essential in ensuring a positive guest experience through excellent customer service and attention to detail. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in the food industry while contributing to a vibrant dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently
• Clean and sanitize dining surfaces, utensils, and equipment following health standards
• Support kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks as needed
• Replenish supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments throughout the shift
• Ensure guest comfort by responding courteously to requests and inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant’s front-of-house areas, including floors and restrooms
• Support catering events or special functions when required

Skills

• Experience or familiarity with cleaning, bussing, and food service operations
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Hospitality experience, including restaurant, catering, hotel, or food industry background is advantageous
• Good physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting throughout shifts
• Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with staff members
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
