Duties

• Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere strictly to traffic regulations.
• Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques and ensuring safe lifting practices are followed at all times.
• Drive assigned routes efficiently, maintaining accurate delivery schedules while navigating city and rural road driving conditions in all types of weather.
• Deliver parcels directly to customers’ doorsteps or designated drop-off points, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction.
• Use mobile devices to scan packages, update delivery statuses, and communicate effectively with dispatch teams.
• Manage office operations related to mail and package sorting.
• Follow all safety protocols for heavy lifting, moving packages, and operating delivery vehicles to ensure a safe working environment.
