Duties

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by providing empathetic support to patients from diverse backgrounds while achieving HIPAA compliance at all times.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Russian and English, with exceptional interpretation skills.
• Experience in medical interpretation or translation within healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, translating complex medical language into accessible terms for patients and providers alike.
