Role Description

Lingua Learn is seeking a Part-Time Russian Language Teacher to deliver online Russian language lessons.

The successful candidate will teach both children and adults across a range of Russian proficiency levels, from CEFR A1 (beginner) to C1 (advanced). As some classes may be conducted partly in English, applicants must have a minimum B1 level of English proficiency.

The ideal candidate will hold a university degree and a recognised teaching qualification, together with at least five years of experience teaching languages. They should also have experience assessing learners across the four key language skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Familiarity with CEFR proficiency levels and assessment is preferred.

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements

• Russian Speaker
• Excellent command of English (B1 minimum)
• Teaching qualification
• Educated to a degree level
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
• Kids and Adults' teaching experience
• Familiarity with using online teaching platforms (especially Zoom)
• Experience in assessing students in all 4 skills of proficiency
• Reliable internet connection
