Job Description We are looking for a skilled Rust & Golang Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to building high-performance, scalable, reliable, and secure software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming experience in Rust and Go, a solid understanding of systems programming, and the ability to develop efficient backend services and distributed systems.

This role requires working fully onsite and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Rust and Go (Golang).
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize application performance, concurrency, memory usage, and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Implement unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing practices.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders.
• Work with databases, messaging systems, and cloud-based infrastructure as required.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Follow software engineering best practices for security, reliability, and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Rust and/or Go (Golang).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience developing backend applications, APIs, or microservices.
• Knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience working with REST APIs, database systems, and distributed architectures.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fully onsite environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or other database technologies.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and systems programming.
• Experience with gRPC, message queues, or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with observability, logging, monitoring, and performance profiling.

Work Arrangement This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be willing to work from the designated office location five days per week. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.
