RV Park Manager

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the RV park, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and customer service standards
• Supervise and manage hospitality teams, including front desk staff, maintenance personnel, and hospitality attendants
• Implement and maintain property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to ensure smooth booking processes
• Manage budgets related to hospitality operations, including revenue management and expense control to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with guest service standards, safety protocols, and property regulations to provide a secure and enjoyable environment
• Handle guest relations proactively by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
• Coordinate marketing efforts and community events to enhance park visibility and foster a welcoming atmosphere for visitors from diverse backgrounds

Qualifications

• Proven experience in overseeing daily hotel or hospitality operations with strong supervisory skills
• Demonstrated ability in managing budgets, financial operations, and revenue strategies within a hospitality setting
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster teamwork
• Prior experience with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems
• Strong customer service orientation with exceptional guest relations skills and phone etiquette proficiency
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Knowledge of human resources practices related to team management, hiring, training, and staff development
