RV Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage service staff, improve workflow efficiency, and maintain high-quality service standards. This leadership role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the service department team
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance
• Train and mentor service employees
• Maintain operational efficiency and productivity goals
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and service records
• Coordinate with other departments to improve operations
• Implement company policies and safety standards
• Prepare reports and track department performance metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience in service management or leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
• Knowledge of service operations and workflow management
• Proficiency with scheduling and management software
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience
• Industry certifications (if applicable)
• Experience with KPI tracking and performance improvement

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
