About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Time RV Service Advisor to join our thriving Service Department. This newly created position offers Monday to Friday hours, on-the-job training, and mentorship from experienced professionals who are invested in your development.

Whether you're booking customer services, preparing quotes, or learning the ropes of warranties and repairs, you’ll be at the heart of the action — supporting our valued RV customers and delivering first-class service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting customers with bookings, enquiries, and service updates
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and job cards
• Maintaining accurate service records
• Committing to your personal and professional development

What You Bring:

• A genuine interest in the RV/caravan or automotive industry

• A bubbly, approachable personality and great communication skills

• A strong willingness to learn and take initiative

• Attention to detail and solid organisational skills

• Basic computer literacy
