RV Technician and Manager (Exp Required)

Duties

• Lead and supervise the RV service team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship
• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on RV electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, transmissions, brakes, suspension, shocks & struts, and diesel engines
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire service, alignments, and vehicle inspections
• Repair and troubleshoot RV electrical systems using advanced automotive electrical diagnostics and soldering techniques
• Manage equipment maintenance, carpentry tasks, and heavy lifting to support repair projects
• Oversee the inspection and repair of plumbing systems, HVAC units, and other mechanical components in RVs
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols while utilizing power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment for repairs
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and managing client expectations effectively

Experience

• Proven dealership experience or extensive background as a service technician in automotive or RV repair environments
• Strong electrical experience with expertise in RV electrical system diagnostics and automotive electrical systems
• Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics, mechanical repairs, transmission work, brake repair, suspension alignment, and HVAC systems
• Skilled in plumbing system maintenance and repair within RVs as well as general vehicle troubleshooting
• Knowledge of carpentry skills related to vehicle assembly or modifications
• Familiarity with repair processes and the use of power tools for various maintenance tasks
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with previous management or supervisory roles in a fast-paced repair shop setting
• Excellent customer service skills combined with mechanical knowledge to ensure client satisfaction
