RV Technician Assistant / Warehouse Technician
Pay: $20 per hour

Overview

Join our team as an RV Technician Assistant / Warehouse Technician, supporting our master technician with travel trailer maintenance and repairs while helping keep our warehouse organized. This hands-on position offers an opportunity to learn about RV systems, develop repair skills, and gain practical experience. We’re looking for someone dependable, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a busy service team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the master technician with diagnosing and repairing travel trailer electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.
• Help with maintenance and repairs on brakes, wheel bearings, suspension components, and trailer lighting.
• Support repairs to appliances, awnings, doors, windows, seals, and other RV components.
• Assist with inspections, component removal and installation, and preparation of trailers for service.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely under the master technician’s guidance.
• Receive deliveries, organize inventory, stock shelves, and pull parts needed for repairs.
• Help load, unload, and move parts, supplies, and equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow shop safety procedures.

Qualifications

• RV, automotive, maintenance, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Electrical or plumbing experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and assist with a variety of tasks.
• Ability to lift and move parts and supplies safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with others.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
