RV Technician

RV Technician:

Join our growing service team that includes inspecting, repairing, and installing accessories for Texoma's largest RV dealership. RV Connection prioritizes Customer satisfaction & Employee advancement. Quality RV service is in high demand and we provide training that most technicians pay thousands of dollars for!

We are looking for the right person to add to our growing service facility. To join our team you must have a good attitude and fit our productive culture. We employ certified technicians that can immediately start at a higher wage and offer training to new inexperienced technicians.

A technician in training will begin in detail & PDI to become familiar with RVs, shadow a mentor and learn to perform basic repairs and inspections with the opportunity to advance to a Level 1 Technician after 90 days. “Tech in Training Level” start at $35,000 per year with the opportunity to earn $80,000 and above as a Level 4 technician.

The right candidates will have:

• Basic Electrical knowledge.
• Basic Mechanical knowledge.
• Basic Plumbing knowledge.
• The ability to follow direction and motivation to learn.
• The ability to pay attention to detail.
• The ability to be dependable.

Preferred but not required:

• Mechanical experience
• Electrical diagnostic experience

Applicants are subject to a background check, pass a drug test, and must have a valid driver's license and means of transportation back and forth to work. Monday - Friday 8.30 -5.30 and some Saturday's 9.00-4.00.
