Rx Automation Knowledge Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Rx Automation Knowledge Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide the knowledge management strategy for a technology operations program that supports automation-driven pharmacy workflows. The position will focus on building structure, governance, and clear content standards so teams can access accurate troubleshooting and support materials. You will partner with support staff and stakeholders to strengthen program health, improve adoption, and ensure documentation remains practical and effective.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,100 – $168,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the knowledge management program
• Maintain program governance and health metrics
• Develop and oversee knowledge standards and templates
• Create and maintain troubleshooting resources and technical documentation
• Train support staff on content usage and contribution practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in project management or technical support
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience measuring program health and success criteria
