Role Overview

We are looking for a student-focused Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, provide accurate course information, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding IELTS and IIT-JAM programs through calls and virtual interactions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address queries and drive enrollments.
• Support students throughout the admission process and ensure timely completion of formalities.
• Maintain accurate student records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution of student queries.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry.
• Calling experience is mandatory.
• Experience in counselling for IELTS and/or IIT-JAM programs preferred.
• Study Abroad counselling experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong counselling and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi.
• Familiarity with online education platforms and CRM tools.
