S-E-SE Transportation Coordination

Organize and maintain up-to-date transportation documentation, including bills of lading, loading lists, and delivery receipts; track shipments in real time and provide status updates to internal stakeholders and customers; analyze transportation data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements; resolve transportation-related issues, including delays, damages, and billing discrepancies; communicate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to coordinate logistical needs; maintain accurate records and prepare transportation reports for management; ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies; and optimize transportation costs while maintaining service quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in transport coordination, logistics, or supply chain management. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Proficiency in data entry and transport-related documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
