S Licensed HVAC Technician

3 Amigos Plumbing of CT is seeking a S Licensed HVAC Technician to deliver high-quality heating service in Norwich, CT.

Position Summary

As a S Licensed HVAC Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work independently and as part of a team to diagnose system issues, complete accurate repairs, and ensure equipment performs to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC system problems and perform repairs and maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
• Install HVAC systems and components according to code requirements and manufacturer specifications.
• Test system performance, verify proper airflow and temperature control, and confirm safe operating conditions.
• Communicate with customers and team members to explain findings, recommendations, and service outcomes.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including job notes and work performed, in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Active S Licensed HVAC Technician certification/license.
• Proven experience servicing and repairing HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Working knowledge of HVAC safety practices and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical information such as system diagrams and service documentation.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work professionally in client-facing situations.
• willingness and ability to sell work not just perform work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both maintenance and installation projects across varied HVAC equipment.
• Familiarity with performing preventative maintenance programs to improve system reliability and efficiency.
• Effective time management skills to support efficient job scheduling and completion.
• Comfort working with technical documentation and maintaining organized job records.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $25.00 - $50.00 plus benefits and lucrative bonuses
