Job Description
統籌MD前期設計審查三道Gate（概念設計／試產前／量產移轉前）之檢核標準。
定義AVI／AOI／設備能力分層與驗收標準，指定單一窗口並建立第二梯隊培訓計畫。
主導跨機種製程標準化與防錯導入，推動降低容錯率與逐步禁止重工。
主導重大異常之跨部門根因分析與再發防止，決策臨時與永久對策路徑。
建立並滾動修訂SOP、驗收標準、PM與校驗規範；培訓G6～G9。
統籌跨案資源調配與優先序，對上提供風險與人力配置建議。
