S26 Supervisor

My client is seeking an experienced S26 Civil Supervisor to join their Enabba Rare Earths project on an initial 3–6 month casual contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Civil Supervisor with a strong civil construction background and proven experience in HDPE installation, cable utilities and associated civil infrastructure works.

Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, you will play a key role in supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the Enabba project site.
• Coordinate HDPE pipeline installation associated civil works and cable utility installation.
• Oversee trenching, excavation, backfilling, bedding, compaction and reinstatement activities.
• Coordinate labour, plant, equipment, subcontractors and materials to meet project schedules.
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction methodologies and project requirements.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity and resource allocation, reporting any delays or issues to project management.
• Implement and maintain site safety procedures, conduct pre-starts and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, ITPs, quality documentation and testing requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues, escalating technical queries where required.
• Maintain effective communication with Project Engineers, site personnel, subcontractors and client representatives.

Skills & Experience Required

• S26 accreditation is essential (exam passed)
• Previous experience in a Civil Supervisor role on civil construction, mining or resources projects.
• Strong background in civil earthworks and general civil construction.
• Demonstrated experience with HDPE pipeline installation and associated works.
• Experience with cable utilities, including trenching, duct installation and underground services.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction plans.
• Proven ability to lead crews, coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple work fronts.
• Strong understanding of site safety, quality assurance and construction compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Current driver's licence and relevant construction safety qualifications.
