S26 Supervisor

General Crane Services is growing our network of experienced S26 Supervisors for upcoming shutdowns and project opportunities in the Pilbara.

About the role

Support our growing Northwest regional operations team by providing day-to-day site supervision of crane, lifting and rigging works across the Pilbara. Lead your team to deliver work safely, efficiently and in line with project schedules.

• FIFO Ex Perth
• Available Roster Options - 2:1 2:2 3:1 or 4:1

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, employees and subcontractors.
• Coordinate resources and monitor productivity to meet project timelines.
• Lead by example and promote safe, productive work practices.
• Coordinate site setup and pack-up, and lead pre-start and toolbox meetings.
• Confirm required permits, lift plans and risk assessments are in place before work begins.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients and site representatives to keep works on schedule.
• Complete QA, HSE and daily operational paperwork accurately and on time.
• Identify and address hazards, report incidents and stop unsafe work.
• Provide clear handovers between shifts and roster swings.

About you

• Relevant S26 Qualification and ability to meet site appointment requirements.
• Supervisory experience within crane, lifting and rigging operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience coordinating employees and subcontractors on mine sites.
• Current driver's licence; relevant high-risk work licences desirable.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
