Source-to-Pay Program Manager | Part-Time Contract

We’re seeking a Program Manager to coordinate a portfolio of source-to-pay improvements. The work spans procurement processes, master data, sourcing, invoice processing, catalogs, and systems. You’ll bring structure and momentum to the portfolio while functional and technical teams own the execution.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain a clear roadmap with milestones, owners, dates, and dependencies.
• Check in with initiative owners, follow up on commitments, and help stalled work get back on track.
• Coordinate across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and external partners.
• Spot resource conflicts and recommend changes to priorities or sequencing.
• Keep risks, issues, actions, and decisions visible and escalate items that need leadership direction.
• Prepare concise status updates and facilitate portfolio reviews focused on progress and decisions.

What we’re looking for

Experience managing cross-functional procurement, source-to-pay, or business systems initiatives is important. You should be comfortable turning several moving workstreams into a practical plan, working with senior stakeholders, and following through when priorities change. Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, or related procurement systems would be valuable.

This is a coordination and program management role; initiative owners remain responsible for functional delivery. The expected commitment is up to 20 hours per week during initial setup and busier periods, then approximately 8–12 hours per week once the program cadence is established.
