Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced S3D Piping Modeler with hands-on expertise in

Hexagon Smart 3D (S3D/SP3D) for EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for

piping, modeling, routing, equipment modeling, drawing extraction, and

multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D piping models using Smart 3D (S3D/SP3D).
• Perform piping routing based on P&IDs, Line Lists, Plot Plans, and Equipment

Layouts.

• Model piping components, valves, fittings, supports, and specialty items.
• Generate piping deliverables such as Layouts, GA Drawings, Isometrics, and MTO

reports from Smart 3D models.

• Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and client standards.
• Participate in model reviews and resolve design issues.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in S3D/SP3D Piping Modeling.
• Strong knowledge of piping layouts, routing, equipment modeling, and pipe

supports.

• Experience in drawing extraction and MTO generation.
• Good understanding of P&IDs, PMS, Line Lists, and Vendor Drawings.
• Proficiency in Smart 3D (S3D/SP3D), AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or EPC projects preferred.

Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
