หน้าที่หลัก
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านการบริการแก่ลูกค้า
- รับรถลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการในศูนย์บริการ
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยในการทำงานในแผนก
- เปิด-ปิด JOBแผนกบริการและรถใหม่
- ทำรายงานประจำวัน รายงานค่าอะไหล่และค่าแรงเคลม
- ทำรายงานรถค้างซ่อม ต้อนรับลูกค้าและบริการลูกค้า
- ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับงาน SERVICE อธิบายซ่อมให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- รับและส่งมอบรถยนต์แก่ลูกค้า
- ทำรายงานประจำเดือน
- อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
