As customer demand continues to grow, they're looking to hire a SaaS Implementation Specialist to play a key role in delivering successful customer deployments and onboarding programmes.

Why This Role?

This isn't a traditional project management position.

You'll own the delivery of complex international implementations , working directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure programmes are accurately configured, validated, and successfully launched.

Blending project delivery, SaaS implementation, stakeholder management, onboarding, and solution configuration, you'll take ownership of client deployments from initial kick-off through to successful go-live.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new enterprise customers.
• Lead implementation kick-off meetings and delivery workshops.
• Create and manage structured implementation plans and milestones.
• Coordinate multiple customer deployments simultaneously.
• Gather, validate, and analyse client requirements and data.
• Configure the platform to align with customer needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders across North America, the UK, and EMEA.
• Run validation sessions and structured review workshops.
• Resolve delivery challenges and configuration discrepancies.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Support continuous improvements to implementation processes and delivery frameworks.
• Contribute to the development of scalable onboarding and deployment methodologies.

We're Interested In Speaking With People Who Have

• 3+ years' experience within SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, project delivery, or professional services.
• Experience delivering customer-facing software implementations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deployments, or workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience working with enterprise customers across North America, the UK, or EMEA.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading workshops, onboarding sessions, or client-facing meetings.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating structured data gathering, validation, and approval processes.
• Previous experience within HR technology, workforce technology, payroll software, employee benefits platforms, or enterprise SaaS environments would be advantageous.
