SaaS Project Manager

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an industry leading Software Company who are recruiting a Technical Project Manager to join their expanding team, based on the outskirts of Oxford.

This is a highly reputable firm, who have received multiple accolades throughout the UK, recognised as one of the top tech consultancies and software service providers.

The successful candidate will possess previous experience in a project management role, with a focus on delivering SaaS solutions for customers, in the form of implementations, integrations and system optimisations

On offer is a truly unique and enticing remuneration package, kicking off with a basic salary of up to c£50k DOE, plus bonus, 25 days holidays plus stats, 23 personal development days a year, £650 a year to spend on anything which aids your work-life balance and a fully paid month-long sabbatical and a £2k bonus after 5 years’ service. Finally, they also offer flexible working options, with 1-2 days in the office per week, depending on location.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar content project management role, ideally within the B2B professional service sector
• Proven experience in delivering CRM implementation and integration projects essential
• A natural communicator with a passion for successful project execution and ensuring customer satisfaction every time
• Proficient end user of HubSpot CRM system highly desirable
• A keen interested in technology/software with an understanding of how and when to utilise AI across marketing activities
• Career-minded with long term career aims

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build strong rapport with clients, whilst pulling out the necessary stops to truly understand their business and stringent software requirements
• Listen carefully to customers key pain points regarding their current systems, to be able to explore software solutions that would work for them
• Collaborate with the wider team to plan resource allocation and scope for upcoming projects, ensuring projects are delivered successfully in a timely fashion
• Finalise project deadlines and ensure the wider team are aware, whilst keeping them abreast of any key changes throughout the life cycle
• Support other departments, including sales, marketing and software development
• Act as primary point of contact for customers, whilst gathering information on technical queries
• Mentor and coach junior project members, allocating appropriate workloads to aid their growth and development
