SABA Refrigerator Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated SABA Refrigerator Service Technician to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial refrigeration equipment, with a focus on refrigerators. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency with electrical testing tools such as an ohmmeter, and will be committed to providing outstanding service to our customers. • Conduct thorough diagnostics on refrigeration units to identify faults and issues
• Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial refrigerators efficiently and accurately
• Use electrical testing tools, including ohmmeters, to measure resistance and troubleshoot electrical components
• Replace faulty parts such as thermostats, compressors, fans, and electrical wiring
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
• Document service activities clearly in reports and update maintenance records regularly
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding proper equipment operation and care
• Over the phone customer service / guidance
• Take inventory of parts
• Create parts orders
• Train other technicians

• Proven experience in repairing commercial refrigeration systems or similar appliances
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits and refrigeration principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Ability to follow safety protocols diligently
