As a full-service MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractor, the company takes pride in the quality and expertise of its teams, who work across a diverse range of specialties, including New Construction, Mechanical Service, Industrial Refrigeration, and Manufacturing. For over 50 years, our client has been dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions and unmatched service to commercial customers, earning a reputation as a trusted contractor in the industry.

  • Competitive pay range of $25/hr–$35/hr
  • Career development and progression
  • 401(k) plan with company match

  • Maintain safety, incident, workers’ compensation, training, and compliance records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support workers’ compensation claims, incident investigations, OSHA recordkeeping, and regulatory reporting.
  • Track open action items, deadlines, renewals, and corrective actions, ensuring follow-through and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with field teams, managers, HR, insurance providers, medical providers, customers, and other partners to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Review documentation for completeness and consistency, identifying missing information, potential compliance concerns, and other red flags before they become a problem.
  • Administer safety-related systems, customer compliance portals, and learning management programs.

You Should Have

  • 3–5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably supporting safety, workers’ compensation, claims management, compliance, construction, human resources, or a related function.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or additional education in business administration, safety, human resources, risk management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience administering or supporting a safety learning management system (LMS), including assigning training, maintaining employee records, monitoring completion, and generating compliance reports.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with employees, managers, customers, vendors, and external partners.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect information, recognize issues, and escalate concerns appropriately.
