Safety & Security Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and security arrangements throughout the mall/residential
• Ensure safety procedures, emergency response plans and security protocols are implemented.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Coordinate emergency response activities, drills and incident reporting.
• Monitor contractor and tenant compliance with applicable safety requirements.
• Assist in investigating incidents, accidents and safety-related complaints.
• Coordinate with security personnel, mall management, contractors and relevant authorities when required.
• Maintain safety records, inspection checklists and incident reports.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Occupational Safety and Health, Security Management or a related field.
• Must possess a valid CIDB Green Card and a recognised safety qualification or registration appropriate to the assigned duties.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures, fire safety and incident management.
• Able to identify hazards and ensure safety requirements are properly implemented.
• Responsible, observant and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Previous experience in mall operations, building safety or security coordination is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
