Following are the Roles and Responsibilities of the role and shall not be limited to below mentioned:

• Develop and implement HIRA (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment) methodologies to identify potential hazards in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop JSA (Job Safety Analysis) procedures for specific jobs or tasks.
• Conduct PSM (Process Safety Management) audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide training on HIRA, JSA, and PSM principles to employees at all levels within the organizations.
• To maintain the HSE Management System like PSM, RC, PSSR & Legal.
• To verify the adequacy of the HSE Management system to meet the ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
• To train new employees on HSE System requirements
• To conduct and ensure that the entire team responds to mock drill as per individual role defined.
• To provide the adequately trained and competent manpower, required infrastructure, facilities for material handling, storage, preservation, communication etc. to meet all the HSE management system requirements.
• To endure Internal communication on HSE matters including the participation in various HSE meetings
• To ensure that all on-site contractors to follow the defined HSE system.
• Promoting continual improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong understanding of HIRA, JSA, and PSM concepts and methodologies.
• Experience conducting audits and assessments related to process safety management systems.
