What they need
Key responsibilities
- Monitor safety practices at construction sites
- Conduct daily/regular safety inspections
- Ensure workers follow safety rules and wear proper PPE
- Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Assist to prepare RA, SWP and other safety documents
- Report unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions
- Maintain safety records and assist with audits and inspections
- Assist WSH Officer and Project Manager on safety matters
About you
- Relevant safety/WSH qualification
- Construction experience preferred
- Familiar with Singapore construction safety requirements
- Good communication skills
- Able to communicate with workers and subcontractors
- Able to work at construction sites
